Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
It is not necessary to see your doctor each time if you are continuing to take the same medication. Your doctor can decide to repeat your prescription.
If you want to order a repeat prescription, then return the prescription slip to the surgery yourself or put it in the post. Allow A FULL 48 HOURS’ NOTICE (excluding Saturday and Sunday ie: two working days) between the receipt of your order by the practice and collection of your prescription.
If you need to reorder by phone, we have a separate line and answerphone facility, which is available 24 hours a day. But if you have a problem, then a member of staff is available on the dedicated prescription line number - Ripon (01765) 609200 - between 11.00am and 12 noon Monday to Friday.
If you wish to order your repeat prescription on-line please
contact one of the receptionists who will organise this facility for you. For
those patients who have a password, please click on the link below to place your
order on-line.
