We have vacancy in October due to the retirement of our NURSE PRACTITIONER
We are a friendly, 4 Partner (plus 4 salaried GP) training practice in Ripon, North Yorkshire. We are a fully computerised EMIS surgery and seek an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse Practitioner (Prescriber) with proven leadership skills, to manage the nursing resource and work closely with the Managing Partner and GPs to deliver the practice priorities.
The surgery is currently open 8.00 am – 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and offers additional extended hours one evening per week until 8.00 pm.
This post will suit an experienced practice nurse with management skills, wishing to expand his/her role in a multidisciplinary team.

We are very keen to recruit the right person for the practice and will consider applications for either a Salaried or Partnership position, for 7 – 9 sessions per week (negotiable)
The successful candidate will be dynamic, innovative and open to the challenges of change. They will be keen to contribute to the leadership and running of the practice.
Experience in business and financial management, skills in minor surgery and management of long term conditions would be an advantage.
